I have an idea and I'm curious to hear your thoughts on it. I want to write a book, but I also want to grow and open my mind. That's when I had an idea that would allow me to combine both.
My current story line is that the entire population will be wiped out in 50 days by a virus, and the story is a third person account of the protagonist's final 50 days. It is set in a science-fiction world called Verum and a city called Agnitio. The protagonist, in his final days, wants to open his mind as much as possible, and he decides the best way to do this is to really understand other people's point of view.
I want these "people" to be real people. You guys. Anyone with a passion to write. I want to make a story with 50 chapters, each written by a different person. As the protagonist is meeting new characters each chapter, I too will be meeting and collaborating with new people as well. I think it would be cool if we released each chapter one at a time. First of all, it would give me and the writer time to talk and write the chapter together, and second of all, it would be cool that people following along with the story would have to wait a week, like a TV series, to find out what happens next.
